Privacy, Cookies & GDPR
This page explains what personal data we collect on leadmanagefollow.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian Codice Privacy.
1. Data controller
The data controller for this site is Niklas Lindahl. The only channel to reach the controller for privacy matters is the contact form. Phone numbers and direct email addresses are intentionally not published.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, optional company, your message, plus the source page and browser user-agent for spam prevention.
- Technical logs: IP address and request metadata, kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies: see section 5 below.
3. Why we process it (lawful basis)
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — to answer your inquiry sent through the contact form.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free from abuse.
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, for any non-essential cookies.
4. Retention
Contact submissions are retained for as long as necessary to handle the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept on a rolling short-term basis by the hosting provider.
5. Cookies
We use the minimum cookies needed to run the site. The consent banner stores your choice in localStorage under the key lmf-consent-v1 so we don't ask again on every visit.
- Strictly necessary: session and security cookies required for the form, routing and CDN. No consent required.
- Analytics (optional): only set if you click Accept all. Used to count page views and understand which sections of the site are read.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will make the consent banner reappear.
6. Sharing & processors
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers acting as processors under GDPR Art. 28. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
- Access, rectification and erasure of your personal data.
- Restriction and objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
To exercise any of these rights, write through the contact form.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
