§ 00 — Thesis

The title names the destination. The site tells the journey, and the journey runs in reverse.

You earn the right to lead only after you have learned to follow, then learned to manage. That tension is the whole hook.

I followed on the dish line at Gothia Towers, in a Beijer Byggmaterial warehouse, on rotating shifts at a Lantmännen pellet plant, and later in the Swedish Amphibious Corps. I managed across countries and P&Ls. I led a €500M group, a turnaround, and a company I built from zero.

This is not theory. It is my biography turned into a model other people can use.

Stage 01 / 03
01

Follow.

"Before you lead people, lead yourself. Before you give orders, learn how to take them."

What it teaches
Humility. Discipline. Craft. Listening. Earning trust from the bottom.
The argument
You cannot lead work you have never done, or people whose job you do not respect.
The proof
The Swedish Amphibious Corps taught me to take orders, perform under pressure, and that discipline is freedom. Early roles as SEM analyst and account manager taught me the craft before I ever directed it.
Manage
Stage 02 / 03
02

Manage.

"Management is service with a scoreboard. Your job is to make other people succeed, and to count whether they did."

What it teaches
Responsibility. Building teams. Accountability. Decisions. Developing other people.
The argument
Management is not status. It is service with a scoreboard. You exist to make the team win.
The proof
Country Manager building an operation from scratch. Managing Director scaling Italy from €3M to €18M while restructuring a team. Head of MGA Markets owning P&L and people across markets.
Lead
Stage 03 / 03
03

Lead.

"Leadership is what is left when the title is gone."

What it teaches
Vision. Example. Generosity. Bringing people with you and leaving them better.
The argument
Leadership is what remains when the title is gone.
The proof
CMO of a €500M group. Turnaround CEO of a distressed business. Founder who built and sold a company. Leading at scale, through change, through crisis.
The Creed — Seven Principles

What I stand on.

  1. 01
    Lead by example.
Never ask for what you will not do yourself.
  2. 02
    Work hard.
Effort is the one input you always control.
  3. 03
    Be generous.
Give credit, time, and opportunity freely.
  4. 04
    Be helpful.
Spend your seniority removing obstacles for the people around you.
  5. 05
    Make people well.
A motivated, healthy team beats a talented, exhausted one every time.
  6. 06
    Bring joy.
Work is most of waking life. Make it worth showing up for.
  7. 07
    Inspire.
Give people something bigger than the task in front of them.
