The Creed is the seven leadership principles at the core of the Lead Manage Follow philosophy by Niklas Lindahl. Standard. Ownership. Cadence. Candor. Restraint. Loyalty. Exit. Read them in order. Practice them in any order.

    The standard is what you walk past. Set it loud. Hold it quietly.

    Ownership

    If it is in your perimeter, it is yours. No blame upward, no blame downward.

    Cadence

    Speed is a habit, not a sprint. Ship something every week.

    Candor

    Say the hard thing in the room, not in the corridor.

    Restraint

    Most decisions can wait twenty four hours. Take them.

    Loyalty

    Loyalty to people. Loyalty to truth. In that order, both non negotiable.

    Know the day you leave before the day you arrive.
